Black with pink bows Scrunchie and hair tie set. Scrunchie consists of 1/4" elastic encased in black cotton fabric adorned with pink bows. The elastic is triple stitched together for extra durability. It is 3/4" wide with a 6" circumference but stretches to a 14" circumference for fuller ponytails but can be wrapped additional times for thinner hair.

The hair tie is 3/4" wide and 42" long.
