Sailboat-themed set includes one 1" wide scrunchie with elastic measuring 1/8" x 8" and a 1 1/2" x 55" hair tie. Scrunchie should be able to wrap 3-4 times around full ponytail, depending on hair thickness. Hair tie can be used to make a hair bow or as a headband.

Made of quilters cotton, both can be machine washed and dried.
